1. Digital Services
Liquid Lab provides digital Call of Duty-related services, including progression, unlocks, account services, lobby services, and other game-related offerings shown on this website. Service availability may vary by game, platform, account status, or current technical conditions.
2. Orders & Payment
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, platform, game, package, and account details before purchasing. Payment must be completed through the checkout method provided on the website.
3. Delivery & Completion
Delivery time depends on the service purchased. Some services may be completed quickly, while others require manual completion by the Liquid Lab team. After purchase, customers may be required to open a Discord ticket and provide the information needed to complete the order.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate account, platform, and order information.
Follow any instructions provided for the purchased service.
Do not interfere with an active service in a way that prevents completion.
Keep access to your own accounts and recovery methods secure.
5. Account & Game Risk
Game services can involve third-party platforms and game systems that Liquid Lab does not control. Liquid Lab cannot guarantee that a publisher, platform holder, or game update will never affect an account, unlock, service, or feature after completion.
6. Service Availability
Liquid Lab may pause, modify, or discontinue a service when technical conditions, game updates, platform changes, or other circumstances make completion unavailable or unreliable. If an already-paid order cannot be completed, the customer should contact support so the order can be reviewed.
7. Support
Order questions and service support are handled through the Liquid Lab Discord. Customers should keep their order information available when opening a support ticket.
8. Third-Party Affiliation
Liquid Lab is an independent digital-services provider and is not affiliated with Activision, Call of Duty, Sony, Microsoft, or other game/platform trademark owners.
LIQUID LAB POLICY
Refund Policy
Because Liquid Lab sells digital services, refund eligibility depends on the status of the order and whether the purchased service has already been delivered or started.
1. Before Service Begins
If you contact Liquid Lab before work has started, a cancellation or refund request may be reviewed. Approval depends on the order status and whether any part of the service has already been prepared or delivered.
2. Completed Services
Once a digital service has been successfully completed or delivered as described, the order is generally considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund simply because the customer changes their mind.
3. Unable to Complete an Order
If Liquid Lab is unable to complete a paid service because the service becomes unavailable or cannot be provided as purchased, the order will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement service, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
4. Customer Error
Refunds may be denied when an order cannot be completed because the customer selected the wrong product or platform, supplied incorrect information, lost access to the account, failed to follow required instructions, or otherwise prevented completion.
5. Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate payments should be reported through Discord support with proof of the duplicate transaction so the payment can be reviewed.
6. Re-Apply / Soft Unlock Services
Services described as re-apply, temporary, or soft unlocks are subject to the limitations stated on the product listing. If a customer later changes or removes the delivered result, a new purchase may be required.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Please contact Liquid Lab support first if there is a problem with an order. Payment disputes or chargebacks filed after a service has been delivered may result in the order and related account history being reviewed and future service being refused.
8. Requesting a Review
To request a refund review, open a ticket in the Liquid Lab Discord and provide your order information, the service purchased, and a clear explanation of the issue.
